Community
You do not have to do this alone.
The ADHD Goals Community is a calm, supportive space for adults with ADHD who want connection, accountability, and shared understanding without pressure or overwhelm.
Why Community Matters for ADHD
The ADHD Goals Community exists to offer that reminder gently and consistently.
ADHD can be deeply isolating. Many adults with ADHD spend years feeling like:
- they are the only one struggling
- everyone else finds things easier
- they should be coping better by now
Even when support exists, it can be hard to stay consistent on your own.
Community helps by reminding you that:
- your challenges are shared
- your experiences make sense
- progress does not have to be a solo effort
What the Community Is Like
You are not expected to show up perfectly or constantly.
This is not a loud or high-pressure space.
The ADHD Goals Community is designed to feel:
- calm rather than chaotic
- supportive rather than demanding
- flexible rather than rigid
It is a place to:
- share experiences with people who understand ADHD
- stay connected to your goals without being pushed
- learn from others without comparison
- feel less alone in the process
Who the Community Is For
Some members are in coaching.
Some are using free resources.
Some are simply finding their footing.
All are welcome.
The community is for adults with ADHD who:
- want connection without judgement
- benefit from shared understanding
- struggle to stay consistent alone
- want gentle accountability and encouragement
- prefer low-pressure support
How the Community Fits With Other Support
The ADHD Goals Community can stand alone, or sit alongside other support. People use the community to:
- stay engaged between coaching sessions
- maintain momentum after clarity work
- feel supported while using tools and resources
- normalise their experiences
It is not a replacement for coaching.
It is a layer of support that helps progress feel more sustainable.
